Shelly Bartron

Shelly Bartron has over 28 years of professional experience with the State of Kansas in the Department of Revenue and is currently an Executive Assistant with the Office of Information Technology Services. In her spare time, Shelly is a partner in S and S Crafting for A Cause, which organizes and facilitates monthly scrapbooking events from which proceeds benefit local families in need.

Bridget Kieras

Bridget Kieras is a senior manager and project lead in the Information Technology Group at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners. In this role, Bridget leads agile software development projects and manages business analysis and quality assurance staff.  She has been with the NAIC for over 20 years. Ms. Kieras has served in various roles on the boards of the Kansas City chapter of the International Institute of Business Analysis and the Kansas City Quality Assurance Association.

Melissa Crouch

Melissa Crouch has over 20 years of software development experience including application development, project/program management, and application development management. Melissa currently manages multiple middleware scrum teams and DevOps within Sprint’s IT Service Delivery organization. While Sprint IT has leveraged scrum and Agile for years in pockets of our organization, our official Enterprise IT level move toward Agile began in 2012. Melissa led the Sprint Agile transformation from inception to what is now a Scaled Agile environment leveraging SAFe with multiple Agile Release Trains.

Melissa has a computer science degree from Missouri State University where she also serves on the Computer Science Advisory Board. She holds the following certifications: CSM, CSPO, SAFe Agilist, ICP-ACC, and PMP.
